This Saturday Bar 66 recognizes the talents of amazing jazz guitarist virtuoso Michelle Marie. This is her debut performance at Bar 66 and we are proud to have both her and special guest Julian Chan on alto sax. This event is not to be missed!

An amazing trio passes through Bar 66 on Wednesday....

These three virtuoso musicians come together for a very special performance,
highlighting original music from the entire band.
It's a truly international trio for sure - Gilad is from Israel, Petros is from Greece,
and Bodek is Polish-German.

One can only imagine the melting pot of ideas Bar 66 will experience on this night.

Claude Diallo/Luques Curtis/Mitch Perrins - April 22nd, 9pm


Hello everyone,
The seemingly endless stream of great musicians that fly through Bar 66 just keeps on coming.
Once again pianist Claude Diallo will be performing, but this time with a new trio.
On bass Luques Curtis, currently of the Sean Jones band, and on drums Mitch Perrins.

The evening will feature several original works by Claude. We are so lucky to have such fine musicians and I STRONGLY recommend you come along and check this gig out...
(This same group will also be playing at Greenwich Village Bistro on Friday 23rd at 9pm)

Tim Armacost/Aidan O'donnell/Mitch Perrins - April 18th, 845pm



Another great event coming up this Saturday. Tim Armacost will be the featured guest artist at Bar 66.
After landing in New York in 1993, Armacost quickly established his presence as a leader, releasing his first two albums, 'Fire' (Concord) and 'Live at Smalls' (Double Time) to critical acclaim.

A plethora of great music will be heard this Saturday, so please come down and check it out.

Hekselman/O'Donnell/Perrins - April 15th, 845pm

Gilad is the 2005 winner of the Gibson Montreux International Guitar Competition, and regularly plays with the Ari Hoenig trio.
Since his arrival to New York in 2004, Gilad Hekselman has been earning a reputation as one of the most promising guitarists
in New York. In only four years this native Isreali has shared the stage with many top names from the New York jazz scene including Chris Potter, John Scofield, Anata Cohen, Jeff Ballard and Jeff 'Tain' Watts.

The Atlantic Quartet - April 11th, 830pm


Once a month at Bar 66 you will find the Atlantic Quartet.
AQ is an exciting group formed by Mitch Perrins, and on this night will feature two sets of music written entirely by Mitch.
Amongst other venues, the Atlantic Quartet has played the Gene Harris Jazz Festival, Smalls jazz club and the Iridium.

The Claude Diallo Situation - April 4th, 830pm

The Claude Diallo Situation - an extremely hip band that has been touring extensively throughout the US and Europe, will be playing there New York debut at Bar 66. What an honor!
Claude Diallo is a Swiss Jazz musician that graduated from Berklee College of Music and then moved to New York in 2007 where he went on to obtain his Masters Degree at the Copland School of Music.
